Dr. Xinyi Sui

Bio
Xinyi graduated with his Ph.D. in Fiber and Polymer Science at the College of Textiles, NCSU in November 2020.
Xinyi spent 3 years at Jiangnan University studying textile chemistry. After this, he joined the 3 + X program from Jiangnan University and North Carolina State University. After completing his Masters’s in 2017, he joined Dr. Vinueza’s Lab in 2018 as a Ph.D. student.
His dissertation was based on the study of degradation products from the cotton auxiliaries through mass spectrometry.
